We offer two varieties of the most popular layered samsa.

**Cooking Instructions:** Before baking, place the samsa on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and let it sit at room temperature for an hour. If you’re short on time, you can place the samsa in the oven preheated to 20°C for 15 minutes. After 15 minutes, without opening the oven, increase the temperature to 180°C and bake for 25 minutes. 10 minutes before it’s done, brush the tops with beaten egg yolk.
