**Cooking Instructions:**
Before baking, place the pies on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and leave in a warm place for 2 hours. Then, let them rest for another 40 minutes for proofing. Bake at 180°C for 25 minutes. 10 minutes before they’re done, brush the tops with beaten egg yolk.
The pies can also be fried.
Place them in heated oil, ensuring enough oil so that the pastry doesn’t stick to the bottom. If necessary, cover with a lid and fry for 3-4 minutes on each side. Fry on medium heat to allow the dough to rise.
