**Savoury Pie with Any Filling**
It’s very convenient to have a pie with any filling in your freezer, ready to bake and enjoy when unexpected guests arrive.
**Cooking instructions:**
Before baking, place the pie on a baking tray lined with parchment paper and leave it in a warm place for 1 hour. If you are short on time, you can place the pie directly into the oven preheated to 20ยฐC for 15 minutes. After 15 minutes, without opening the oven door, increase the temperature to 180ยฐC and bake for another 25 minutes. 10 minutes before itโs done, brush with a beaten egg yolk.
